is NOW OPEN through Monday, November 13, 2017.

and make your elections today!

 

IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

 

·        You MUST visit the benefits site and accept or waive coverage During the Open Enrollment period.

·        If you DO NOT go on the site and accept or waive then your current coverage will end on December 31, 2017

·        You are not enrolled until you confirm your benefit elections (Confirmation – Agree) and submit all your required documentation to your benefit coordinators in the Business Office.  

·        If you are covering your spouse, you must submit an ANNUAL Spousal Affidavit, with required documentation, (see attached) again this year on or before December 1, 2017 to be considered for the spousal waiver starting in January.
