NUMA Annual Budget Meeting 9/20/25

MEETING START 09:12 AM

• We have to raise dues to stay solvent
• ~5 years since last dues increase
• Increasing by $2 per pay period
• Dues for members increase from $16.50 to $18.50
• NUMA executive board members $1.75 to $3.75
• Trying to raise as little as possible while maintaining a small buffer fund
• Our spending is currently very low
• Would like have more to spend on conferences etc; have funds for upcoming negotiations
• Most of our money goes to IEA NEA membership

Vote on adoption of budget and dues increase

Nicole makes motion to adopt budget and increase dues

Dion seconds motion

Budget passes

Increase goes into effect October 3^rd
